The renovation of a three storey house built in the sixties is an opportunity to rethink a new internal and external layout with the idea of obtaining a whole new complex with apartments of different sizes.
At the same time the building is refurbished in terms of energy saving, mep and functionality, and in terms of aesthetics with a focus on improving the spaces where the inhabitants can socialize, both internal by working on maximizing the living private areas as well as external.
With these principles, in addition to the study of a new distribution of the paths to the individual units, the project involves the elimination of the existing pitched roof and the renovation of the surrounding terraced gardens, in order to create new spaces and episodes of aggregation between the inhabitants of the complex.
